Although we are a transactional law firm, we do handle some minor business disputes that are incidental to representing our businesses. If the matter is too complex, then we will find a business litigator who will be able to assist our clients in resolving the dispute.

Taylor has a Master of Forensic Science with an emphasis in Investigations. His thesis was on improving eyewitness identification through the use of the cognitive interview. He also has an MBA with an emphasis in Financial Management.
We work with you to provide you the legal services you want and need at a price you can afford. We only use fixed fee (flat fee) or subscription-based payment options. You will always know up front how much you will be paying. We also accept all major credit cards.
We work vigorously to win your case or effectively negotiate your matter. However, we believe in finding a solution that can preserve relationships and help you move forward after the matter has been decided.
Often times, we can settle your dispute or matter without going to court. If necessary we will proceed with litigation, however, a matter can often be decided more efficiently or effectively through mediation or arbitration. Our goal is to help you get justice no matter the avenue.
We use all types of technology including email, client portals, and signal (a secure messaging app) to communicate the progress of your matter with you. We understand how stressful legal matters can be so we will respond to inquiries the same business day if received before 5 pm and the next business day if received after 5 pm.
