We only handle business and estate planning needs for our clients.  If a client needs to file a lawsuit, we refer to them to attorneys who handle business disputes.

Taylor has a Master of Forensic Science with an emphasis in Investigations.  His thesis was on improving eyewitness identification through the use of the cognitive interview. He also has an MBA with an emphasis in Financial Management.

What are your attorney fees and costs, and how are they billed?2018-11-07T12:48:48+00:00

We only use fixed fee (flat fee) or subscription-based payment options.

You will always know up front how much you pay.

You will never be billed more than the amount agreed upon in our signed engagement agreement. Upon signing our client engagement agreement you will receive a trust request for the amount due.  The money will be deposited into a trust account until the work has been complete.  Once the work is complete you will receive a bill for the services provided.  We will then withdraw the money from the trust account to pay the amount due.

How will you let me know what’s happening with my legal matter?2018-11-07T13:06:23+00:00

We use all types of technology including text messages, email, client portals, and signal (a secure messaging app) to communicate the progress of your matter with you.  We understand how stressful legal matters can be so we will respond to inquiries the same business day if received before 5 pm and the next business day if received after 5:30 pm.  In some instances we will respond after business hours depending on our work load.

Please know that if it is an urgent matter we will contact you as soon as possible regardless of when we receive your message.
